Refund policy

Christie Rose Jewellers does not offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances. Exchanges are at our discretion and subject to the conditions below.
  • Within 7 days of delivery you notify us in writing of your wish to return the goods
  • Items must be in pristine, unworn condition. Any determination of suitability for exchange is at the sole discretion of Christie Rose Jewellers.
  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets).
  • In the interest of hygiene and customer safety, all earrings are sold on a strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.
  • Customers are responsible for safely returning items to us. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

All returns are subject to inspection by us before an exchange is processed.

 

In the case of faulty items:

  • Christie Rose Jewellers can choose to offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • If the return is the result of an error or the item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase we will pay for the cost of return shipping (if applicable).
  • For items that become faulty after purchase, customers are responsible for return shipping. We will assess the item and decide whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
  • All refunds must be in the original payment form.

Custom, special order, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where they are found to be faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.
